Agile Initiative researchers, Dr Kok Siew Ng and Dr Purusothmn Nair showcased the concept behind the Agile Initiative, the Agile-style research Sprints, and the preliminary results from their Sprint developing regional nutrient flow mapping as keynote speakers at the Sustainable Process Integration Forum.  

As we enter our fourth month of work on our Agile sprint on Scaling Up Nature-based Solutions in the UK, team member Audrey Wagner reflects on her time at COP27 and considers what we can learn from the recent events at COP27.

The Sprint held an initial consultative meeting on 5th July 2022 with attendees from across Leicestershire County’s ‘nutrient space’ to determine priority nutrient flows, examine the current waste management situation, and discuss opportunities .

The Agile Initiative at the Oxford Martin School has been established with funding from the Natural Environment Research Council to provide rapid solutions to critical environmental issues.
