Complete the survey: Researchers at the University of Oxford, Natural Resources Wales (NRW), and Scotland’s Rural College (SRUC) are studying how place-based working can better achieve Wales’ well-being and sustainability goals.

The Regen Ag Sprint publishes four new reports on regenerative agriculture.

With additional funding from NERC, the Agile Initiative Science-to-Policy Project Fund will award 4-5 grants of £20,000-£30,000 to researchers at the University of Oxford. These projects must focus on topics that are relevant to Agile’s mission and the NERC forward look for environmental science.

Agile is at COP30 in Brazil represented by Dr Erika Berenguer, Dr Aline Sotteroni and Professor Nathalie Seddon.

This event brought researchers into conversation with practitioners to discuss emerging findings from several Agile Sprints and their practical implications for farming and nature recovery. 

DPhil candidate Emma O'Donnell talks about her experience on a Sprint team: "As a team, we are exploring how different policy interventions change the impact of financial institutions to understand how the UK financial system can support the achievement of the targets of the Global Biodiversity Framework."

Kiana Arnott-Job writes about the recent event ‘Bringing Nature into public decision making’, which brought together researchers and decision-makers in London.

Kim Polgreen is a researcher on the Sprint investigating, “Is Nature a policy solution to mental health in schools?” In this post she describes her passion of working with young people and nature, and how that led her to working on an Agile Sprint.
